Under the Interreg Euro-MED Youth programme, MEDSHIFTGREEN addresses the green and just transition across the Mediterranean, engaging young people as drivers of sustainable change. As subcontractors to the University of Macedonia in Northern Greece, we delivered communication, dissemination and exploitation services for the project over three years.
Our role covered the full communications cycle: developing and implementing the dissemination strategy, producing and circulating project content and results, managing stakeholder and partner engagement across the Mediterranean, and designing exploitation pathways that ensured project outcomes outlived the funding period. Working alongside the University of Macedonia as collaborators, we translated a multi-country youth-focused initiative into visible, credible and usable results—strengthening the project’s reach, its network of partners, and its long-term impact on green transition practices in the region.
